About The Client
DC Greens is a community centered organization that fights for food access, food justice, and food sovereignty in working class communities. Focusing on transformational changes at the systems-level they build bridges between government, private sector, communities and non-profits.
We were solicited by DC Greens to create a logo, mini-brand book, and posters for an upcoming event called The Grocery Walk. The Grocery Walk is a protest/march highlighting the disparities of food access in the nation’s capitol. Movement, energy, and resistance were key themes. In addition, colors significant to radical African-American movements, such as red, black, and green were requested.
